I am such a fan of Young Actor’s Stage, a musical theatre program for children directed by the fabulous Liorah Singerman! As the arts have unfortunately been disappearing from our schools, Liorah had a fabulous idea to take her skills into Sacramento elementary schools in the form of workshops.

Annie Jr features songs from the original Broadway show including “Tomorrow” “Hard-Knock Life” “Little Girls” and “Maybe.” In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan’s evil plans, befriends President Franklin Roosevelt and finds a new family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.
